with bright tropical light . Crisp and clean air. Cool waters and
refreshing greens all around. Nature created Punta
Baluarte.
We enhanced it only for you. It's the perfect place you've always
imagined it to be. Where you can soothe your body and set your spirits

Situated along the coastline of Calatagan. Batangas, Punta
Baluarte is a pleasant 2-1/2 hours drive (subject to
traffic conditions) south from Metro Manila, passing through towns,
plantations, andfields. There are two alternative routes to
Batangas - via South Superhighway and take the Sta. Rosa Exit or
via the Coastal Road, then on to scenic Tagaytay. From Tagaytay,
drive down towards the Sugar Central junction in Nasugbu then proceed
to the town of Lian. Continue through to Calatagan until you reach
Punta Baluarte which is nestled throughout sprawling hillsides,
overlooking Balayan Bay and the
South China Sea.
Bicol Houses. These are two junior suites perched on a hillside
above the Fresh-Water pool. For scenic vistas surrounding the Bicol

the Balayan Bay or Fresh-Water pool. One suite has a queen-sized
bed while the other has twin beds. Both suites have small anterooms
with sofa bed. Maximum of four (4) persons per room. Note, this
